In a effort to help everyone hear the pit announcements over the speakers, we have added a FM transmitter to the system. We will now have the ability to broadcast over a FM radio. We are asking all racers to bring a FM radio for your ptis so you can hear all announcements over the PA through your radio. The FM channel of choice will be announced at the drivers meeting. I hope this helps with some of the problems we have had in the past. Thanks Scott

they should brocast the whole race over the FM radio that way us people who have to work can at least tune in to listen

I think they are going to use a micro transmitter in the FM band. If so they do not put out a signal beyond a few hundred yards.
