Tina McGowan Rocked the House with two laps left... the crowd was going wild.... awsome season finish! Mike Johnson took 1st in the championship, with Tina following with 2nd in points, with her 2nd Main event win!!!

Of course from Dad's view that was the best Hobby race I've ever seen. Jackie Woods had the race won, hands down. But when he broke, it bunched up the top 6. How Tina came out in the lead I'll never know. But she did and I couldn't be any prouder. I owe a ton of thanks to Scott Pounds and Jerry Mayall AKA "STITCH". Could not of done it with out their leadership. I've never seen Scott so emotional. That just goes to show how proud he was of my Baby "T". Again thanks Scott and Stitch.

Richie, your right I had that race won but s@!t happens I have lead I think more races this your and something go wrong I don't know I guess I am not lucky enough. Some was are fault and some was just nuts happens.
Tonight it was the right rear axle not somthing we can prevent with the way the track was last night.

Awesome job Tina I am glad that you got the win.
Grads on the win and 2nd in points.
With the luck we have had I am happy with were we finished in points. With the competition that we have in that class that isn't bad.

It was a good year considering the luck we ahve had. We were leading points until first a distributor and then a motor and how many races we lead and something go wrong. BUT nuts HAPPENS that is racing.
Me and my crew talked and we are happy with the way we finished and to know that we are fast enough to be able to run up front on a weekly basis.

i agree with you jackie you are wanna of the faster guys but far as the luck goes its kinda like mine one of the faster cars but the luck just isnt there for me either its always stupid little stuff that goes wrong but hey thats racing good job this year theres always next year

Not unless I get a good sponsor or something I will not race for points next year I will just race here and there and the open shows and if we get that Hobby Stock Championship going I will race that.
It is to much work and money for a poor boy like me.

Yes in deed I was as proud as could be. But Scott Pounds was so proud he had actual tears coming out of his eyes.
