HE TOLD ME THAT THE CADDY SOLD WITH MORE MILES ON IT.. LOL LOL . THIS CAR HAS LESS THAN 150 MILES ON IT AS A RACE CAR !!!

Ministock for sale.
'84 Toyota Celica. Built new in '06. Ran as the 33x at SMS 4 times in '06, all tech finishes. New from the bottom up 22r motor, only 1 season on it. This car was #2 in pts. at Ventura in '06. A great running, great handling car, a genuine contender. Moving into an IMCA Mod this yr, must sell. $3200 obo. Also Tandem axle trailer $1200, or $4100 for both. Car is in Ventura.

Jim don't forget we were shorted laps on at least 2 races so you only have 100 miles on the car.

Yeah Jack, but I also remember a Main at SMS that lasted about 2 Hrs !! I think 3 reds, lots of carnage. Fortunately I missed it all, but I was worried about running out of fuel!

I know for sure I'll be there for the Compact Nationals. I would like to get the car there at least once prior to the Nationals to see if it needs different gearing.

I'm debating Ventura right now. I have a full chart with 6 tracks schedules (Bako, Santa Maria, Victorville, Ventura, Chowchilla, and, for laughs, Mohave Valley) And I think I might only have 9 weekends with even potential to travel, since I have to run the qualifying clock at Bako for Late Models, USAC, and East/West. I am most likely to hit Santa Maria, and Victorville (if they ever post a schedule) is tempting too. Chowchilla and Ventura I might only hit once-- again all depends on how the cards fall.

There are only 6 races at Ventura that do not fall in the Bako Mini Schedule, so that makes it tough. (9 races +Nats at Bako that dont interfer with Vent).

Does Ventura pay nightly money if you do not join as a member? I know some tracks wont pay you at all if you dont join, where others you just dont get year end money (which doesnt matter for a traveler) and that will probably swing my end decision on which tracks I hit.

We're also working hard to find sponsors and the amount we end up pulling in will matter greatly in our travels.

Hahahahahahaha, Ventura pay the minis, hahahahaha, they don't pay those of us that have been racing there for years! Come for your one free (no member fee required the first night), and have some fun.

I know its just for fun-- but traveling that far for no purse is kinda tough when there are other tracks with the same distance and we're on a tight budget-- Maybe I will wait till the end of the year so I do not have to worry about money.

Hey Jack-- whats the wheelbase on the Pontiac? I heard from someone that it might be 105'?

Aaron, Nope it's 103" wheelbase. It might be a couple of races into the season before I get the Pontiac on the track so I'll be looking to get around to other tracks maybe a little more this year.
