I know i posted a comment a few weeks ago saying that i would not complain about gas prices, but, this is worth getting mad about. On the news last night they reported on gas prices in america and mexico. The average price in california is somthing like $4.40gl and in mexico it is $3.20gl. Diesel was even worse: california $5.20gl and in mexico $2.10gl. WTF are we doing wrong? Can someone explain that to me?

Mexico's oil fields are nationalized under the name Pemex it is the 10th largest oil company in the world.
The price is subsidized by selling most of thier oil.
