how many bako hobbys are running opening night a sms? my guess 10. i talked with bannister yesterday and he assked if he had to buy a membership when he comes over this week, i talked with chris kearns and he said no we will be honoring bako memberships, the same way bako does when we go over there. i hope there's a big feild, i would love to see split b-mains at sms. good luck and the weather should be great this weekend

i pitted next to bobby at the bud nats last year he was real cool, i think he's the only person i ever seen where shorts with a carhart jacket.

ahhhh young Tate isn't going to make it.....ahhhhhh. I heard you were driving pretty good with that rear wheel drive car. I was looking forward to it. Oh well, I guess I will have to come over there.
I don't want to hear any excuses from the Bako guys about not making it to S.M. your boy Johnson threw down the gauntlet so now you guys have to deliver. I will be real dissapointed if only 3 guys show up. I have to work that day in Monterey until 2 and I will still be there so .....no excuses!

i myself think its a poor excuse since i lost my tranmission last race and i had it pulled out of the car by noon sunday.....delivered to the tranny shop by 10am monday. and im going to pick it up right now to put it back in the car. lol.......some people just dont like working on cars

Thank you Kevin....at least we agree on something. By the way, you bako guys may have an extra 50 hp and bead locks yada yada, but we aint scared. Johnson, I will be bringing down a BBQ pit to tailgate a little bit before the race. Come on over and intro yourself, Ill make you a hotdog and let you know all the ways I am going to beat you...lol...seriously come over...98, 81 cars...man I can't wait till saturday.

OMG, now we are helping them with what to wear....lol...well, bad news. I have to work until 2 pm for sure on Saturday up in Monterey so I will have to postpone the BBQ till next time. I will be late getting to the track. Someone may have to hotl lap my car for me....Tate, of course you can have some food. You only weigh like 70 pounds. Thats an advantage for you. lol...have to fatten you up.
