antioch goes by e w rules but you need to look closer since soares dropped his limited late model and crate late models he is letting those guys to drop down to his super stock division (e w ) and is letting them to run j bars,pull bars,wide 5 so if they come and run with us then we need to keep an eye on this situation go look for your self www.anticohspeedway.com

Maybe someday someone at chow will take a look at the 80 car at chow running as a e v w super stock. the bad thing is I pionted it out to tech and he is still running it and yes its a Antioh car. >:(

Rest assured, if the car runs with the E/W, at a E/W race, he WILL be legal according to E/W rules. What goes on at non E/W events is under that individual tracks control..................

I think they added weight to that car ,and so far he has not been winning any races,and has been pretty even with most of the cars around,but I am not saying just let the rules go.
They have just been trying to be the most open track to out of town cars.
Just like they were with Richie Mcgowen in the hobby Stock class rather
than turn cars away that travel to support there track , they try to balance them out by adding weight.
Some might not agree with this, but if you have ever traveled out of town and been turned away you might appreciate what there trying to do.

I appreciate what you are saying about tracks trying to help racers out, BUT, they should not be put in the position to have to. I have traveled out of town many, many times and ALWAYS knew what the rules were at the track I was going to and made my car as legal as possible......................

This is why we are not out yet this year. We are making sure we will not get popped at ANY EvW show. The car is almost ready for powdercoating and will be at SMS 5/23

george, dont be a hater.... the tech official was climbing around under the 80 car like it was a jungle gym. he had no problem with it... the way we have to run the panhard backwards greatly reduces the side bite, the idea is to equalize it with the leaf cars. I believe it does. not that the car aint fast (cuz' we at team 90 dont make a practice of feilding junk), but it is not the fastest car. and we are not trynig to get over.
I just want my son to get some valuable experience on the slick.

but it is really a non issue because we probably wont bring the "track shark" back down to chowtown for quite awhile...
