Unfortunately we have only one DirectTV box. I'll check the air times to see when the race and game starts. I'm leaning towards the Laker game due to it being the playoffs. But I'll figure it out tomorrow.

the race starts at 430 on espn 2 and the laker game starts at 530 on keyt channel 3 of comcast

Nationwide race starts at 4:30 and the Laker game starts at 5:30. I will probably start with the race and switch to the Laker game after the race and hope it times out to see the last two quarters of the Laker game.

I know it's not perfect, but I'll do my best!

I am working on borrowing a separate Direct TV receiver and a splitter so I can send the Laker Game to one of the TV's while the race is on the other.

If I don't get bit by the technology, it should work.

Well, after about 30 minutes of trying, I couldn't get the other receiver to work with our existing system.

So I played the Nationwide race for as long as I could. But I noticed that no one was really watching, so I switched to the Laker game midway through the 3rd Quarter.

After that, the TV's had quite a crowd checking the Laker game. The last 5 minutes of the game really got crowded near the 3 TVs. I did get one complaint from someone who wanted to know the outcome of the Nationwide race, but the majority wanted to see the Laker-Nugget game.

Sorry if anyone was bummed we were showing NBA instead of racing, but I figured if you really wanted to watch racing, we had some good stuff going on down on our track. ::)
