Are 70-81 Camaro and 75-79 Nova front clips interchangable. If not what is the difference between the two.

I think most of the parts interchange mine have all worked from my camaro to my nova.The upper conrol arms have different size bushing on some arms threw the years but still bolt up.

the Bolt On Hardware is Interchangable from Each Clip. Switching a Camaro Clip into a Nova Body, or ViseVersa will require some Mounting Modifications.

i think it is more just the front mounts are in a different location. cut them off bolt the rear of the clip in then bolt and weld the front. i think someone has said one or the other is wide in the suspenion area bit not sure.

The Front Horns on the Nova Clip are Wider & Bulky.
I believe alot of the BAKO Nova Hobbies are using the Camaro Front Clips?

a few years ago me and a friend had to put a camaro front clip on his nova... i cant recall exactly what we had to do... but i do remember it wasnt that hard... if i remember right, it was just changing the mount hole's... didnt take to long ether

I don't see any Benefit to installing a Nova Clip, on a Camaro.. jmo

What I am wondering is if I have a camaro that needs a clip and I have a nova clip. Should I use the nova clip or look for a camaro clip?

the nova clips have wider horns, they tend to bend right after the horn because of how narrow they get right there....if you got the nova clip and dont wanna spend the money for a camero clip just bolt it up....just make sure you plate that section in....
