what is the max rpm on a stock but well balanced 400 crank ? any help?

I run stock crankshafts and twist it about 7200 rpm's, but keep in mind it is a stock crank regarless of how well it is balanced. The problem is the longevity of it along w/they were not made to twist that many rpm's.
