Thank you. Cody Burke did an outstanding job, which cannot be said for the rest of the field as a whole. The actual race was a complete waste of time, good thing the rest of the program had several entertaining races. To answer one question, Hogge got hammered from the get go on lap 1 or 2 as did Hood. Guys were trying to win the thing from the 5th, 6th and 7th rows from the drop of the green. I could go on all night about all the hammers out there but when approx. 7 cars finish, I think 5 on the lead lap on a split fifty lapper you know it was a hammer night. Randy Brown had time enough to get into the pits and change a transmission and come back out to at least get more lap time in although he didn't finish either. Ask Larry Hood how bad his car is, might as well cut off the back end and maybe the front too, that one is trash. Everybody talks about how much the purse is and what the payouts are, well hell the only guy to maybe break even was the winner, the rest of the field was garbage by the end. Put the figure eight back in, they didn't tear up that much crap and as for the 03, that old son of a bit... hit eveybody three times each time on his way by, then while racing for some spot back a little ways from Burke, killed Hoods car about 5 or 6 seconds after Hood lost power and stalled while mixing it up with another car in turn 2. Didn't help his car is black and a old, blind hammer down get out of my way 03 didn't see him in time. Oh well I guess that's RACING, yeah right racing!!! Oh and need I say, this is my opinion, you can form your own. Thanks Ocean Speedway the Crate Latemodels were awesome!
