and they are still insisting that running a stud girdle means you have to carry 50 pounds up front? WTH?

John, I don't think that's the rule anymore. The big change was the rev limiter to let people run whatever they wanted. At least that was my understanding at the Reno deal. I'll update when I get an answer, but the rulebook might have to be updated. They added the changes, but might not have taken out the prior ones.
