What is the most desirable casting number(s) as far as 2 barrel intakes go? This would be for a 9:1 350 motor in a Hobby class.

i don't remember the number but there was a truck manifold i believe that was the best i think. i have a cast iron 2 bbl intake(6263752) off a old hobby with a 2g, if your interested. call me 805-714-0456

I have heard that the "313" manifold is very good. Supposedly it was used on trucks and school buses.

Factory 2bbl casting numbers: 313, 467, 752 are the best. Supposedly ones marked "Canada" are better.

There is a highrise factory 2bbl manifold off of school buses and dump trucks, I don't know what the part number is though.

There is also a marine 2bbl intake that is supposed to flow pretty well.

I have 2 in the basement on the shelf, 1 in the shop getting a steam bath and 1 more....Had a 5th, but sold it on ebay last year. I think i could part with 1, since i only have 3 cars... Casting number 14088674/14088675 The last one i got came off a propane truck mid 90's, ( its off my friends flat deck tow truck)

does the GM 400 2-barrel Intake have a Different Carb. Bolt Pattern then the other GM Small Blocks do?

No, 2bbl rochesters bolt right up, if you get a 2 barrel off a 400 SBC , chances are you got one of the best ones...
