Title: Mini dwarf clutch
Post by Chad11 on 05/04/12 at 2:52pm

My boys' cars have Premier Magnum clutches. 1) is this a decent clutch or should I get something better. 2) what color springs should I run in them? It seems like they are slow on takeoff, I wonder if the clutch is engaging at too low RPM.

-f I need something better, what should I get?

Thanks in advance for help

Get the Noram GE clutch with light shoes.  Lube the bushing and put it in and run it. If it's sluggish on takeoffs it might be the gear.

11 91 would be better. I have Sunnie on a 11/90.  You're way off on your total that's why your bogging.  Your overall is 7.5 and it should be at least around 8.  Put the 11 tooth clutch on and it will be  alot better.  With the 11 you will be at 8.27. Should come off corners hard.
