I'm trying to find out what rear end gear to run with a powerglide and a th350 at Antioch speedway? If anyone can help me with this It would really help me out. Running a 10 bolt by the way.

Our dirt hobby with a powerglide on 1/4mi. we run a 3.89 rear gear and on 3/8mi. we run a 3.50 rear gear. This is with a ford 9in.

1/3 mile bako WE run from 7.00 7.16 7.33 "HIGH GEAR" with powerglide :)

Ventura Final gear ratio should be a 7.50 or 7.33. Depends on motor size and how well its built.

3.08 with a t350 in low is a 7.88 final.
ran that same gear at bako, sms, victorville, porterville, pearsonville, pahrump, and a few others.
no reason a well taken care of small block chevy shouldnt handle 7200 rpm many nights.
