Title: will this MISS be a new TREND? Post by FASTMIKE on 04/05/13 at 6:08am http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2013-04-05/payrolls-plunge-88k-biggest-miss-december-2009-participation-rate-new-30-year-low is the retail sector ahead of the curve in this trend understanding that consumer dollars were just reduced by the largest amount since the 50's? good ole father time will tell. |
Title: Re: will this MISS be a new TREND? Post by formercrewguy on 04/05/13 at 6:40am The reason unemployment dropped to 7.6% is due to 500,000 ppl who QUIT looking for work. That figure may have been in your link,Mike, I didn't read the entire thing. 88,000 jobs in March is absurd. Everyone should be alarmed. But while "Rome burns".....obamanation is campaigning in Cali. Now, before the libtards can claim "sequester" caused the pitiful jobs numbers........check this out: Any "furloughs" from sequester haven't occurred yet! These numbers are from March. Wait until the April numbers come out. All is NOT well, Mr. President. >:( |
Title: Re: will this MISS be a new TREND? Post by mudslinger47 on 04/05/13 at 7:04am This sequester crap is a joke...nothing but a scare tactic... They wrote all kinds of letters and schedules for the prison for furloughs and nothing...it was stupid...just this crap administration trying to get attention. ANY time given off to the Prison guards has to be made up, by who? Well, its made up by the Prison Guards working overtime to cover for their brother guard thats setting at home for zero reasons... It would cost them far more to sequester then to run normal. I can not tell you how I loath this crop of polititicians!!! >:( |

and i realize you are correct in your assesment Bob. my point of interest her is how the cut in consumer income is starting to show it's head here. my gas station where i purchase 16-20k a month is reporting 125k gallons off for the last 5 months. @ 13 miles per gallon that is 1.625 milion miles not driven in Bako at one station since november. this will no doubt trickle down to ALOT of other areas of our consumer driven economy. a study of how unemployment #s are determined is HYSTERICAL HUMOR to me. |
