Title: coolant recirculating tank Post by Wrenchead84 on 06/10/13 at 3:53pm When you run a recirculating tank rather just an overflow how much coolant do you put in the tank? |
Title: Re: coolant recirculating tank Post by Andrew on 06/10/13 at 6:59pm I don't put any in it. Make sure the radiator is completely full. It should return the coolant that ends up in the tank when it's hot, when it cools down. |
Title: Re: coolant recirculating tank Post by Wrenchead84 on 06/10/13 at 7:03pm That's what I was thinking. Just wanted to be sure. Thanks. |
Title: Re: coolant recirculating tank Post by 32MORGAN on 06/10/13 at 8:56pm i would think most all recovery or overflows would want some water in them, if for no other reason then to keep air from being draw into the system. jmo |
