Is this what you are after? The info book I have says this is apparently a left hand 67-69 Cast manifold.
If this is what you need, I'll look through my pile.

I know without looking that I have that same manifold, but it dumps down, not back at 20 or 30 degrees like the one pictured.

Let me know.
