Rear end SMS

What rear end is being used on a Camaro for factory stock SMS?
I have my tranny rebuilt now and I also want to race in Bakersfield and Perris without having to change my rear end all the time.

Thanks

For SMS you need to run a factory rear end. For a Camaro that would be a 8.5" 10 bolt or a 12 bolt.

Did hear a RUMOR that ford 9" would be an option this year for "safety" reasons but I would not count on it.

Thanks Bill,

But what I meant what what set of gears to use.
I have a 3.73/4.11 and 4.86. Which one would be the best for the different tracks?

I run a PG and 373 turning right at 6000. If you run a t350 you might consider the 411 gears. I haven't found a cam that will pass the vacumn rule and wants to turn much over 6000 so that's where I run.
