To what? just a picture to post here on the forums, or do you mean on your avatar area (the little picture under your name)

If its the former, than you must have your own image hosting area, I use photobucket-- there are a few others (isnt there one called imageshack?). After tham, you'll put the correcting coding around it which is [img] and than [/img ] (with no spaces)
