I found this earlier, Although it might not be usefull, seeing how you have to copy and paste what it is you want to read, but I wass amazed at how fast you can actually read AND comprehend.
 I copied a whole page of text into this thing and Read and comprehended it with the settings on 600 words per minute.
 they say it's fully customizeable. Check out what it says under the Help Section, and remember to click save if you make changes under settings.
