what shocks and springs should i run on a american stock its coil car a chevelle or a monte carlo or a caprice im looking at theses ones to run please anyone help me

I just got out of that class  this is what i ran in the front but i didnt have a coil car i had a Caddy but i ran a 1000 LF  and 1100 in the RF front and i dont know  the shock numbers off the top of my head   it my not be the same but its a start
