You cant go wrong with anything from signwarehouse.com.  I use to own a sign shop when I lived in Texas and they were my dealer for everything when it came to my cutter.  Everytime you call you talk to an actual person and there support team is awsome they actually call you back.  I havent used anyone else so I cant compare them on apples to apples but I never needed a different vendor.  Try eBay I know they sell some cutters for cheap with good software at the $400.00 price range.

I have a old Roland 24" camm-1. I may be looking to get rid of. Also check E-Bay.They have a ton of stuff.I even have some vinyl I can throw in if the price is right
