Watch what you get. Some aren't too rotor friendly. Might try SAS gold pads, used on taxi's Wink Wink

first night I switched over to Hawk Black Pads, they gripped soooo hard they broke a weld on my RR Caliper Mount & ripped it right outta the Axle tube. They aren't "Rotor Friendly" but if you are only racing like a dozen or so races a year, then I'd recomend them, the hotter they get, the more they bite

Hey Billy, we went with the PolyMatrix E pad. Compared to stock pads they seem to work well cold and don't need any heat to get in an operating range. They seem pretty rotor friendly also.
