the one that speedway sells is a two peice rotor... a two peice rotor is were the rotor bolts to the hub, instead of the hub and rotor being one solid peice... i looked for a minute to see what speedway had to offer in a one peice design, but didnt find anything... your best bet is to get ahold of Richie McGowen or some of the other drivers that run the floaters and see were they got theres... or call around...

i just found www.9inchfloater.com theres prices are pretty decent compared to speedway, and im sure they'll have a one peice design that you need for the hobby stocks

I would get a coleman floater.  They sell a lightweight one now for not much more and it's really nice.  The workmanship on it is top notch.

as  long  as  its  NOT  a  light weight  two piece  rotor  its  legel.    We  looked  and  couldnt  find any one piece rotors  for  floaters  so that is what  is  allowed.

you can use metric or standerd... you'll need to order a set of caloper mounts... you can use any caloper you want as long as its ment for a 12 inch rotor thats 1 inch wide... those are the measurments of the rotor you will get with that rear end... and of course it has to be a single piston caloper for the hobbys and street stocks... the caloper mounts you order will work with stock calopers also...

metric calopers bolt holes are like 5 inchs apart and non-metric are like 7 inches apart...

the rotors are .810 in width. just over 3/4" and under 1". i myself would run the same calipers on the rear as on the front. (3400 lbs car) but that is just me.

not sure if you know how to put one together but its real easy... it doesnt come with instructions but its easy to figure out... it comes in about 40 peices... oh and just a heads up... you'll get 2 bags of bolts to bolt the rotor to the hub... you wont need the nuts that come in those bags... i just put mine together not to long ago, and it was buggin me that there was extra parts... the hubs have there own threads and dont need the nuts... Thanks Tim for giving him the right numbers... i knew i was off, but i just wanted to give him a close idea what it'll be...

on page 2 of the Tech threads is one i started tittled "floater rear end question" Tim gave me a step by step instructions how to put it together... might be usefull to ya...

If you're looking for a floater, I have a new Winters 60" centered with hubs, axles, rotors, new US Brake calipers with Wilwood pads including brake lines and upper pull bar bracket for $450.  Purchased new over the winter and run about 4 races this year before I bought a new car- roller and I am parting out the old one.

Located in Visalia.  Give me a call.

Watch out for Randy's Race Mart, the bankrupted on me while I had a bellhousing ordered and paid for.

Then along comes the official BK letter, and if I wanted to fly to MO and contest it
