2nd Annual

PACIFIC DIRT NATIONALS

October 15th, 16th & 17th

$10,000.00 To Win Modified Race!

$2,500 To Win Super Street Race!

$1,500 to Win Hobby Stock Race!


Grandstand Prices:

Friday - Adults $12.00, Youth 6-12 years old $5.00

Saturday - Adults $15.00, Youth 6-12 year old $7.00

Sunday - Adults $15.00, Youth 6-12 years old $7.00

3-Day Pass - Adults $35.00, Youth 6-12 years old $15.00

Kids 5 and under are free all three days!


Thursday the 14th

Open practice for all divisions racing. Gates open at 1:00pm, practice from 3:00pm - 6:30pm. $30 pit pass per person. Grandstands open for free to fans.


Friday the 15th

Heat Races, Modifieds, Super Street & Hobby Stocks (pill draw for starting spots)

Winner of the heat race goes to the Friday "A" main, 2nd & 3rd goes to the Friday "B" main, 4th, 5th & 6th goes to the Friday "C" Main.


All Classes / Top five in the Friday "A" main will start in the first five spots on the inside row for the big dollar main event (Sunday for Modifieds).


All Classes, 6-10 from Fridays "A" main will go to the inside row of Sunday's "B" main. 11-15 will go to the inside row of Sunday's "C" Main.



Note; if a driver  would like a better starting spot they may race its way to it on Saturday. But any driver that races Saturday will give up their spot earned on Friday night. That spot will now be filled with the next car from the Friday "A" Main finish. This driver must declare they are racing Saturday before the first heat race in their class on Saturday.


Saturday the 16th

Same format as day one for all classes, pill draw for heat races. Winner of the heat race goes to the Saturday "A" main. 2nd & 3rd goes to the Saturday "B" main, 4th, 5th & 6th goes to the Saturday "C" Main.


All Classes/ Top five in the Saturday "A" main will start in the first five spots on the outside row for the big dollar main event (Sunday for Modifieds).


All CLasses, 6-10 from Saturdays "A" main will go to the outside row of Sunday's "B" Main. 11-15 will go to the outside row of Sunday's "C" Main.



Sunday the 17th


The top 10 in the "A" main is set from the Friday and Saturday mains. The top ten in the "B" main is set, as is the top ten in the "C" Main. Fourteen cars will transfers from the "C" to the "B", then fourteen cars will transfer from the "B" to the "A" Main.


There will be two last chance races with seven cars from each race going to the "C" main.


The weekend will end with the Big Dollar Pacific Nationals Shootout for the Modifieds, Super Streets and the Hobby Stocks



Entry fees;


Modifieds $65 per day for car and Driver ($80 per day after October 1st)

Super Streets $60 per day for car and driver ($75 per day after October 1st)

Hobby Stocks $55 per day for car and driver ($70 after October 1st)


Drivers can enter into more than one class, but they pay a car driver entry for each class.


Pit passes are $40 per person, kids over 40" tall are allowed in the pits.


Rules


Modifieds / 2350 pounds, Hoosier G60 and American Racer Ok, Quick Change OK, 23 degree aluminum heads ok with 50 pounds in front of the motor plate.


Super Streets / 3000 LBS AT ANY TIME- 105 MIN WHEEL BASE --ANY 8IN RACING TIRE -BEAD LOCKS OK, 4 Barrels ok, 8 IN MAX SPOILER, THESE CARS MUST BE STREET STOCK , NO CONVERED LATE MODELS OR MODIFIEDS.


Hobby Stock Rules / 3000 LBS AT ANY TIME-STOCK 4412 ONLY--ANY INTAKE - LOCKED REARENDS OK-QUICKNERS OK-7 IN RIM MAX -7 IN

TIRE MAX --BEAD LOCK OK (R.R) stock spoilers ok, 7" tall max. No wings or sail panels




$10,000 to win for Modifieds is based on an 80 car field, $5,000 to win for any car count less than 80 cars.


$2,500 for the Super Streets is based on a 40 car field, 30-39 car field will pay $2,000 to win, 25-29 car field will pay $1,500, and 24 cars or less will pay $1,250 to win.


$1,500 to win Hobby Stock race is Based on 40 cars, 39 cars or less will pay $1,000 to win.

well more important than that is, are they going to run the same way they have been with a car going a lap down?

Yes this race is still on, there have been changes in that the Hobby stocks ( sat sun), super stocks (fri-sat), and 4 bangers (fri-sat) only run 2 nights.

Heck they should just run a one day show. My guess is they are not going to get many cars. Sad that most of all your local guys won't show to your own open how. Merced running thy weekend and probably will hve a better car count
