Will a 3.48 crank work as a 377 with spacers? (Read 2199 times)

imracin68j LMR God Offline Do the impossible Posts: 6228	Will a 3.48 crank work as a 377 with spacers? 11/28/10 at 11:32am I think the stroke for 377 is 3.48 and I can use that crank in a 400 with spacers? Is there any issues with spacers?

one of the better options is a 400 bearing made by clevite... theyre a really thick bearing that is designed to fit a 400 block and a standard 350 main crank. this is probably a safer option for a race motor as the spacers run the risk of rotating and closing off the oil hole.
