I'm assuming since there is a fuel cell you are running an aftermarket external pump. This probably effects more of the Bakersfield FWD guys.
What kind of fuel pump are you guys running on your fuel injected cars?
How are you wiring it up? w/ the ignition? it's own switch? and then there's that wiring to the oil pressure switch thing
Almost done with it..........
Any help would be much appreciated

We used a bosch elec pump, purchaced from dave at barts parts in bakersfield - (you'd have to call him for the part number) - and ran the orig factory fuel pump wires to it

I adapted the stock Toyota pump into my fuel cell.

It's wired through a seperate switch on the dash.  It's a nice feature and enables you to crank the engine over and KNOW it won't start on you.  Also, you can turn the switch OFF and let the engine die and it won't 'diesel' on you should be running a lot of spark advance.

I've yet to wire in the oil pressure switch (new rule for us this year),but I understand that it needs a 3 wire setup so that it will work in both the start (NO oil pressure) and run (oil pressure OK) positions.

For the safety of it, I'm sure it's worth the effort to comply with the rule.
