I have a spring pullbar that im trying to understand. I have a noise under car in high gear just barely going around the track like under yellow. The noise sounds  like the rear end is coming apart, which i think is the pull bar not having enough pre load( like its bagging around).  any ideas? is there any books out there to read or blogs that get me more info? This is a dirt works car with the pullbar in the recommended holes

How much pre load is in it

do u run a shock on top i dont and when i run a spring it sounds like the rear end is coming out when i run a bushing dont here much under yellow
