might help out what kind of car your running? i dont know that track so cant comment but i have brand new front afco shocks for a camaro i would have to get back to you on the numbers but LF is a heavy and RF is a split valve. i know when i was building my camaro everone told me LF heay RF split Valve LR Split valve RR heavy if that any help i can get number later
