WHATs THE BEST WHEEL BASE

been looking into doing a couple camero cliped cars for customers. i am looking for oppinions on what the best wheel base would be 105/108? or............. they will be able to be leaf or link if that matters , thanks for your oppinions/suggestions. Huh

Build them both the same and leave the rear suspension out,  but design them so that when your customer orders one it will be a matter of a couple hours to install all the brackets for the wheel base they want............ JMO

thanks for yur suggestion , that is an option but i like to max out the drivers compartment as much as possible and keep them as far back as possible also , i no its only a 3" difference but im that anal , more i think @ it yeah ill use those big brackets with that much adj , thank u .  Wink

108 will be easier to drive but tighter in the corners, 105 will be a looser chassis and could be a handful both require different springs shocks and other "special" changes

If you hit the "sweet spot" the 105" will be quicker around the bull rings...On big 3/8, 1/2 mile or bigger, the 108" wouldn't be as big a handi cap..imo

thanks guys , i will take all suggestions into account before i weld in the brackets . mr obertello would u like to private message me and elaborate on "special" changes Wink like i said before im not a leafspring guy , thks for the help .
