Because history is not taught in the schools like it used to be, my granddaughter is in high school, and I have asked her if they are teaching about WWII and Hilter and before that, she had no clue to what I was talking about, asked her if they teach any of lessons we have learned about Korea, Viet Nam and other little police actions, she says very little, and to learn about how our government is supposed to operate and what the real job of the federal government is, nope they dont, I asked a very simple question as to what the succession to the Presidend of the United States was, she knew the vice president, but beyone that had very few clues...Oh well I should not judge schools by her, but seems they really need to get back to the basic 3 "R''s...JMOO...Don

exactly!!!! everyone should have an ID for some purpose in thier lives, cashing checks, proof of who they are when they rent a house... something,,,,, so that excuse is BS!! its just so someone can cheat the system at the voting booth, just like that one black lady saying she voted for Obuummerrr 6 times,, where has that story gone? is she getting away with it now? its been sweapt under the rug so they can still say ID isnt needed..
