I have not used them but the first thing I usually do before buying from a new (to me) company is look at the return policy.
From that site:
Return and Exchange Policy
Replace defective products only, will not accept w/o invoice number & RPM package.
Other online returns will be charged 20% of selling prices as re-stocking fee plus freight.
2% of convenience fee & 1% insurance fee (total 3%) will apply to all credit card payment.
No returns or replacement allowed after 90 days of shipping.
From Summit Racing:
You can return any new or unused item within 90 days of the date your item was shipped and we will refund the full purchase price. We cannot accept returns on custom ordered items.
Just based on that they would need to have some great prices for me to risk buying the wrong part.
