They problem ended up being the Pinion Angle.
It was 3 degrees up,under torque lifted pinion angle even higher,pushing the trans tail shaft up,breaking the bell housing.
Put 6 degree angle shim in leaf spring,dropping the pinion angle down 3 degrees. Now under torque,lifts pinion up to level,not breaking the case,and giving me more forward bite. Coming out of the corners quicker. Thanks for all the help. #13

Its giving you more drive off because the driveshaft isn't running into the case limiting the rearend movement.  they way you fixed it is one way the other is to shorten the length of the driveshaft as well!
