The 2013 Bud Nationals American Stock rules will be enforced as per the official entry form from the Bakersfield Speedway website. It was our mistake that a few racers were told that locked rear ends would be allowed for this event. I’m officially stating that locked rear ends in the American Stock division will NOT be allowed at the 2013 Bud Nationals. I apologize for the trouble this has caused for race teams. Scott Schweitzer
