Wanting to get back into racing, I've gone out and purchased a used VC Modified and am in the process of rebuilding the engine.  I am expecting to do a part time schedule at the more local tracks (Ventura & Perris) this year, then start a full schedule next year.  Now that I am fully committed, I've decided to approach things with a bit more structure.  So, I am working on a three year plan and budget.

Is anyone willing to share their budget with me to get me started?  Some of the costs are easily obtainable, but where I get stuck is on the life span of items and expected race fuel consumption on a race night.  Things like tire life, parts, races between engine rebuilds, hidden costs not usually realized, etc.  I understand that it will be different for different people, so my budget is really just a best guess right now.

i run cheper than anyone im sure i havent got a new tire in 2 years all hand me down used and run some bent stuff from time to time it doesnt take all the money but a lot of hard work in doing stuff yourself and in a different way than those who have money best of  luck to you
