2012 Harris sport mod $10,000

FOR SALE: 2012 Harris sport mod. I bought it in November from Harris. It didn't have many nights on it. I have run 12-15 with it. I just cant afford it anymore. Frame is straight with all original powder coat. Outpace bars low friction ball joints, bilstein shocks. Crate motor, not sure how many nights are on it honestly. Saginaw 3spd. It has a good carb but its a 750cfm, better for an open mod motor. Needs sheet metal, LR trailing arm mount on rearend and right side nerf bar. $10,000, cutting my losses now. located in Bakersfield.

Clean racing, handle good and low maintenance. There's a lot of nice cars you could get for a good price. If the Johnsons started getting into the SS at Bak, the class would really start to take off. Overall about 1/3 the price of running a mod.

Lets see, sport mods run same suspension, same rear end, same tire, oh and 3000 crate motor and pump gas. I believe you ment to say one third more. never changes with you.

Most of the cars are old in the ss because it doesn't matter. I put my car in the wall with everything it had and brought it back two weeks later. Still got the same car I've had since 2008. Clay wins in ray's car that's been around since Mesa Marin (1990s?) I see used rollers in the sport mods selling for 15g. Lee ran a car in the ss that was drug out of the weeds. The sport mod cost isn't about initial cost, it's about long term use and longevity of the car. The crash cost is minimal in a ss and long term use is substantial.

Although I have had some bad luck recently, me selling it has more to do with that fact I have 5 kids and they are expensive rather than the division being expensive.
