Chicagoland Old-Timer's Night - Everyone invited

Join us Friday night, July 16th, for Chicagoland Old-Timer's Night plus a full program of Court Street Ford UMP Late Models, Chicago Heights U-Pull-It UMP Modifieds, Miller Hydraulic UMP Stock Cars and the Smith Realty I-Mods. Plus the Illinois Vintage Racing Series makes it's only appearance at Kankakee this year, as we pay tribute to the late Jan Gabriel, the voice of "Sunday! Sunday! Sunday!" heard for years on the radio airwaves.

Jan of course was the voice of the often heard "Sunday, Sunday, Sunday!" on the radio waves. Jan passed away this past January and his wife Teresa will be on hand next week to present the trophy to the winner. Also, the legendary Jim O'Connor will be on hand competing in the 60th Anniversary Late Model as we welcome back many of our former greats including Paul Shafer, Tommy Kroll, Roger Long, Bob Shell, Al Johnson, Larry Robb, Todd McGarr, D!ck Potts, Bob Pohlman, Bob Line, Bryan Dunaway, Bill Davis, Steve McCarty, Jeff Momper, Wayne Etzel, Tony Izzo Sr., Tony Izzo Jr., Joey Izzo, Kevin Weaver, Chuck Dixon, Billy Kuhn, Terry Marchacitis, Jimmy Stauffenberg, Butch Kistner, Mick Roach, Jeff Kuntz, Jeff Momper, Rich Clement, Mike Hollifield, Corey Turner, Denny Miller, Bob Pohlman, Barry Osterhoff, Merle Perzee and Bob Pierce. Plus many more. It promises to be a night you won't want to miss, and a chance to meet and greet the heroes of yesteryear.

Admission is $12, Kids 11-16 $6, 10 & Under FREE.

Pit admission is $25.

Pit gates open at 4PM with Main Gates open at 5PM.

Hotlaps at 6PM, Qualifying at 630PM, Racing slated to begin at 730PM.
