Title: Boom Briggs Talks with Dirt Cast, 2011 Season Rapidly Approaching Post by LMR on 01/06/11 at 12:51am For Immediate Release: Boom Briggs Racing (BBR) contact@jnjmotorsportsmedia.com JNJ Motorsports Media Boom Briggs Talks with Dirt Cast, 2011 Season Rapidly Approaching Bear Lake, PA (January 5, 2011) After Rick ‘Boom’ Briggs of Bear Lake, PA had his 2010 season come to an abrupt end after an ATV accident in October, it’s been nothing but hard work preparing for the 2011 season since. ‘Chub (Frank), myself, and the rest of the guys with CFR (Chub Frank Racing) have been in the shop pretty much every day since the ‘World Finals’ in Charlotte. 2010 wasn’t the best of years for Chub or I but we’re determined to have a better 2011 season,’ Briggs said from the CFR shop in Bear Lake, PA. ‘We’ve been working very closely with Mark Richards and Steve Baker from Rocket Chassis to get our stuff back to the way it was a few years ago. Chub has a brand new car sitting here not done and I have a brand new car sitting here not done; it’s been a very busy winter for us with all of the CFR customers coming in and out of the shop but we’re looking forward to getting everything done and having a successful trip to Florida in February.’ Boom also took a minute to talk with Dave Seay at Dirt Cast about his 2010 season, winning the United Late Model Series (ULMS) title, the ULMS Series, the ULMS competitors, finishing fourth in All Star points, his four wheeler accident, what he has learned by touring, the regional tours and competitors in his region, the business that he and Chub Frank have put together, heading to Volusia Speedway Park for the Winter Nationals and his plans for 2011. ‘Dave does so much for us drivers at Dirt Cast and any time he calls I make sure I make time for him,’ Boom said about his interview with Dirt Cast. ‘All of the media outlets out there do a great job in covering us and our events. That type of coverage really helps us out when we’re out sponsor hunting and also keeps our fans up to date on their favorite drivers. I want to thank Dave Seay and all of the other media members out there for doing a fantastic job for all of us.’ Boom’s interview can be heard HERE or by entering http://dirtcast.com/2011/01/05/boom-briggs-ulms-oreilly-all-star-late-models-1-5-11/ into your web browser.
