Heat #2. 1;Russ Scheffler (1), 2;Ted Dohlan (4), 3;Brad Mueller (6), 4;Tim Carmen (2), 5;Kyle Odekirk (3), 6;Craig Scheuffner (5).

Russ took the lead from Ted Dohlan midway through the race when Ted was caught on the bottom behind a lapped car which allowed Scheffler to go around on the high side for the lead.
