Tennessee Super Series Finale at Duck River Speedway Rescheduled for October 1

Wheel, TN (09/13/2011)- The Tennessee SUPER SERIES finale at Duck River Speedway has been rescheduled for Saturday Oct. 1st, 2011. A $3000 T0-Win 40 lap event for the super late models, Along with All support classes racing on Oct. 1st.

Mother nature postponed the events on Sunday September 4th that was setting up to be one for the record books at DRS, as several drivers and fans were still buzzing over the previous nights TSS event at Winchester Speedway were Kentucky’s own Brandon Kinser took the win on Saturday Sept. 3rd.

Daniel Miller will enter the TN SUPER SERIES event with a 68 point lead with 656 points over second place Corey Posey with 588 points and third place Tony Morris with 572. Fourth through tenth place are Mark Fields 556, Terry English 554, Scott Cook 542, Tanner English 506, David Seibers 492, Mark Haddon 432 and David Brannon 424.

2 Barrel Late Models will Qualify on Saturday Oct. 1st and these rules have been incorporated at Duck River Speedway for the 2 Barrels. Weight anytime: 362 cu.in.- 2350 lbs, Over 362 cu.in. 2450. Rear spoiler :Non-Adjustable Shocks- 12in Spoiler, Over 362 cu. in. engine- 8 in Spoiler, Any gas shock with Schrader valve or canister must run 8” spoiler. 604 Crate Engine NO Weight Beside Motor. Saturday October 1st 2011 TN SUPER SERIES paying $3000 To-Win, along with all support divisions racing including: 2 Barrel Late Models, Pure Stock, Mini Stock, Outlaw Ponies. Gates will Open at 4 pm, Drivers Meeting at 5:30 pm, and Racing starts at 6:30 pm.
