Performance Friction Releases 309mm S2 Race Disc for GM Style Calipers

(Clover, SC) February 10, 2012 - Performance Friction has released a new 309mm S2 Race Disc for GM style calipers. The new S2 disc for the late model market features advanced cooling technology and more bite. After much anticipation there is finally a race disc designed to fit the GM calipers with no overhang or under hang for the pads in this 12.16" (309mm) size. It’s QUICKER!

The new double slotted disc can be utilized by race teams competing in the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series, the UARA Late Model Racing Series and numerous other series. The disc will also be available in a smooth option for use on NASCAR Late Models and Limited Late Models. The new S2 Race Disc greatly improves the braking performance of race cars using the GM caliper by providing more bite and superior cooling.
