Dustin Mitchell Captures Carolina Clash Win At Fayetteville Motor Speedway

FAYETTEVILLE, NC (June 9) - Dustin Mitchell of Princeton, NC. led all 40 laps on Saturday June 9th in the Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series event at Fayetteville Motor Speedway to earn the $4,000 top prize along with the win. Mitchell saw challenges from Scott Autry and Ricky Weeks in the closing laps of the event, but Mitchell was able to hold on the top spot. Autry was quickest in qualifying with a lap of 17.658 seconds. The top 5 drivers in the Carolina Clash points standings after Fayetteville's event are: 1 - Luke Roffers 129, 2 - Jeff Smith 126, 3 - Johnny Pursley 122, 4 - Ricky Weeks 121, 5 - Scott Autry 112 .
