Title: 3rd Annual Raye Vest Memorial @ Winchester Speedway Video Post by Flipper on 10/21/12 at 11:02pm Supers , Limited , Ucar and Enduro were on hand for the 3rd Annual Raye Vest Memorial , there were two 24 lap qualifing races. 2 Limited late Model Heats and 20 Lap Feature. Ucar had 2 heats and 15 Lap Feature also the Enduro would have 1 heat and 15lap Feature.
