Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series Event at Hagerstown Canceled Due to Rain

HAGERSTOWN, MD (July 27, 2013) - Officials of Hagerstown Speedway and the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series made the decision to cancel tonight's "Conococheague 50" at Hagerstown Speedway due to rain forecasted to continue throughout the remainder of the evening and night. The event will not be made-up as there is no suitable rain date for the event left on the schedule.

The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series will return to action in August, with the 31st Annual Sunoco North/South 100 presented by Lucas Oil from August 8 - 10th. On Thursday night, there will be an open practice session. RED BUCK Time Trials and the RED BUCK Fast Dash will take place on Friday, August 9th. Heat Races, B-Mains, and the 100-Lap, $50,000-to-win main event will take place on Saturday, August 10th. For more information, log on to www.florencespeedway.com.
