Hollidge takes Winchester main on HTMA Night

WINCHESTER, VA (April 5) - Mechanicsville MD'S Dale Hollidge claimed the 30 lap Super Late Model main event Saturday Night April 5, 2014 at Winchester Speedway. Other winners included Jonathan Dehaven in the Limited Late Models, Sean Dawson in the Pure Stocks, Cody Kershner 4 Cylinders, Dylan Rutherford Enduro's and Micheal Pfaff in U-Cars.

Jason Covert and Dale Hollidge would lead the field to the green with Hollidge taking the lead over Covert on lap one. Hollidge would continue his lead as Covert, Spence and Moreland were all battling for position. On lap twenty one Moreland made the pass on Covert to take the second spot and set his sights on Hollidge. Hollidge and Moreland leading the way would encounter lapped traffic, the two side by side would see Moreland make the pass on Hollidge on lap twenty nine, but Moreland would tangle with lapped traffic and Hollidge would make the pass back to claim the win. Second would go to Covert, Spence third, Kerry King Jr fourth and rounding out the top five was Larry Ramsey.

In the Limited Late Model main event it was Jonathan Dehaven picking up the win.Travis Stickley would take the lead on the initial start and continue leading thru lap twelve, Dehaven would make the pass and go onto pick up the win.

Sean Dawson picked up the win in the Pure Stock main, Cody Kershner 4 Cylinder, Dylan Rutherford Enduro and Micheal Pfaff in the U-Car main
