Simpson dominates in MLRA Tornado Tuesday victory at West Liberty
WEST LIBERTY, Iowa (August 9) – Chris Simpson of Oxford, IA captured his second straight $10,000 victory on Tuesday night in the MLRA sanctioned ‘Tornado Tuesday’ 50-lap feature on the big half-mile at West Liberty Raceway. Terry Phillips raced to a second place with Series point leader Jesse Stovall rebounding from a tough Monday night outing for a third place finish. Denny and Dave Eckrich rounded out the top five finishers.
