KARTS AND CARS HIGHLIGHT EASTER WEEKEND SPECIALS AT TALLADEGA

Eastaboga, AL (March 31, 2010) – Talladega Short Track readies for another weekend of racing this coming up weekend, including an Easter Egg Hunt for the kids on Saturday Night.

The 2010 season for the go-karts kicks off on Friday Night April 2nd and will once again feature FREE grandstand admission.  Gates will open at 5PM with racing scheduled to begin at 8PM.

Saturday Night April 3rd will feature a full line-up of exciting racing plus a giant Easter Egg Hunt for the kids.  The Easter egg hunt will take place in the front parking lot beginning at 4PM.

Then the first 100 kids through the gate will get an Easter egg filled with candy, toys or money and all kids will need to register for a chance to win an Easter Basket, as one boys and one girls Easter basket will be given away.

Action on Saturday gets underway with gates opening at 4PM and Hot Laps at 6:15PM with racing scheduled to begin at 7PM.  Grandstand admission for adults is $10 with kids 9 and under admitted free.
