SATURDAY MAY 1st: CLEVELAND SPEEDWAY $3,000 to-WIN "TENNESSEE SPRING FLING"

Cleveland, TN (4/19/10) --- Just added to the Cleveland (TN) Speedway 2010 schedule is the $3,000 to-WIN "TENNESSEE SPRING FLING" presented by CLEVELAND ALUMINUM Saturday night, May 1st for Super Late Models. Promoter Monty Morrow adds the special event coming three weeks before the return of the Southern All-Star series for the 33rd edition of the TENNESSEE MEMORIAL (May 22nd) paying $5,000 to-WIN. The 40 lapper will be contested under S.A.S. body & motor rule with a tire rule that must "PUNCH" 40 on the durometer. Plans for the format of the event, will be Qualifying & Heats for all competitors with a redraw for the feature to determine the 24-car starting grid. A $500 to-WIN FQers DASH race also scheduled for the event. Drivers from around the region will be competing for the $250 minimum to start position. Kids Bicycle Races will also be on-hand for 3-age groups Saturday night, May 1st along with a full gammitt of local racing action. DASH RACE (FQ per Group) - 6 Laps $500 to-WIN (inverted by draw front stretch)
HEATS - 8 to 10 Laps (by Group)
