LUCAS OIL SERIES FINALE SUNDAY AT ROME SPEEDWAY

The Lucas Oil Dirt Late Model Series closes out another fantastic season this Sunday night at historic Rome Speedway in Rome. Georgia. This will also be the final race of the season for this special event track that has anticipation running high as Rome always holds a fast and exciting show. Current point leader Scott Bloomquist will lead a large and talented field expected at the Swims family speedplant located in Northwestern hills of Georgia. Over 50 Super Late Models are expected including top ten stars Jimmy Owens,Earl Pearson Jr, Don O' Neal.Ray Cook,Dale McDowell,Chris Wall and all the Lucas Oil Series regulars. Dozens of national and regional stars will also sling the red clay at Rome including Josh Richards, Jonathan Davenport,Clint Smith, Shane Clanton and many others. The track, located in one of the most picturesque settings of any speedway, will provide fast speeds and quick lap times. Savy Dirt Late Models fans know when the track has a big show, the Swims family will have a well prepared surface for the cars and stars of the premiere Late Model series to perform their magic.
