Carolina Clash/Clash South Points Banquet January 29

The Carolina Clash & Clash South Super Late Model Series will host its championship points banquet at the Speedway Club at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Saturday night, January 29.

Dennis “Rambo” Franklin from Gaffney, S.C. will be awarded the 2010 Carolina Clash Points Champion. Dean Bowen will be awarded the 2010 Carolina Clash Rookie of the Year Winner. Ricky Weeks will be awarded as the inaugural Clash South Points Champion and Jay Sessoms will be awarded the Inaugural Clash South Rookie of the Year Winner. The top ten in points for both series will also be awarded.

The night will kick off with a social hour from 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM. Dinner will be served from 7:30 PM until 8:30 PM and the awards ceremony will begin at 9:00 PM. The night will cap off with another social hour from 10:30 until midnight.

The host hotel for the night will be the Wingate Inn. Limo service will be provided to the Speedway Club beginning at 5:30 PM. Carolina Clash Drivers Meeting Set
There will be a Driver and Car owner meeting Saturday, January 29, 2011 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at the Wingate Inn in Concord, N.C. The meeting will be held in the Conference Room of the Hotel.
